Whats that one movie with the camping dads at a pretend pow-wow?

They are there with kids camping dressed as indians and the fat dad says hey how are ya hey how are ya. this has been driving me insane I need to know. Possibly played as trailer on dudley doo right vhs. There is possibly a bratty kid who flushes a toilet while the dad is in a shower and he gets scaled or something with water. Have ruled out jungle 2 jungle and little indian in the big city.
