Which shoes are better for rugby?

just go to any sport store and ask for ruby shoes or where you can get them. rugby shoes have usually a little longer spikes and no front toe spike which is illegal to wear. like you can't wear baseball shoes. and if you want the best get the ones with metal spike for maximum traction. but i warm you rugby shoes are more on the pricey side than most sport shoes.
