Should i still be friends with her? sorry it is kinda long?

my friend megan and i have been friends since 7th grade we r now jrs. in high school.we really understand eachother because we are alike in many ways.so our first falling out was because she was always texting guys on her phone while we were hanging out and saying how she liked them so much.i didn't need to hear about this 24/7 so i got pissed off and told her straight up can you put your phone away for like an hour when we hang out she said yah but continued with the texting.our second falling out was because i had got some weed over spring break(this was a completly bad idea) and i offered megan and one of our other friends to smoke it with us on the first day back to school after 4/20.so we did and i went home.i was still very high,reading a book in my room.my dad walks in and says i think u r high i said haha no i'm not.he told my stepmom and she said let's go get her tested,i then told the truth.i was tired of megan's drama anyways.my stepmom said tell her you can't be friends,i said ok.i then told megan that at school the next day.school is out and it has been like 2 months since i told her that.i was very depressed when we were not friends.our mutual friend josh told me that megan was too.so i texted her from my sister's phone and made up with her about 2 weeks ago but i'm having doubts about being friends.she still has like 15 guys on her phone.she is not a whore lol she just likes to feel loved because like me her upbringing sucked alot.so the question is should i still be friends?what do u think...?
