Need help school drama?

so next year im going to be living with my dad and going to a different middle school. but the school where he lives i dont want to go there.(4 miles away) the one i want to go is 8 miles away its so much better there but i guess its not in my school district. they have no special programs for me to transfer so how can i go there? my dad is ok with me transferring there
